Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how TorosHosting, operated by Emails&More, may refund amounts associated with your account.
1. Prepaid wallet model
TorosHosting operates a prepaid wallet model. You top up your wallet, and we debit it hourly for usage. We do not auto-charge your payment method for usage beyond your wallet balance.
2. Non-refundable charges
The following are non-refundable:
- Hourly charges already consumed by running, powered-off, or otherwise active servers and resources.
- Promotional credits, referral credits, and any non-paid wallet additions.
- Payment processor fees and taxes already remitted to a third party.
- Charges associated with violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Refundable balance
Unused, paid-in wallet balance may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to our verification of the account, the payment, and the refund amount. To request a refund:
- Email info@emailsandmore.in from the account email address.
- Include the approximate amount and the original transaction reference, if known.
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and, if approved, an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
We expect customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks issued before contacting support may result in account suspension and may forfeit any remaining wallet balance. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
5. Service interruptions
Refunds or service credits for service interruptions are governed by our Service Level Agreement. No other refund or credit is available for downtime.
6. Discretion
We reserve the right to approve or decline any refund request at our reasonable discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms.
