Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on the TorosHosting service, operated by Emails&More. The AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the activity of anyone you permit to use your servers.
1. Prohibited content & activity
You may not use the Service to host, transmit, distribute, or facilitate:
- Content that is illegal in India or in the jurisdiction in which the data is stored or transmitted.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualises minors, in any form.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including unlicensed copyrighted material.
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, command-and-control servers, exploit kits, phishing kits, or other malicious software or services.
- Content that promotes terrorism, violence, or unlawful discrimination, or that incites others to commit such acts.
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam), SMS pumping, or other unsolicited mass messaging.
- Fraudulent services, including financial fraud, scam sites, fake e-commerce, and identity theft.
- Content or services explicitly restricted by Indian law, including unlawful gambling, unregistered financial services, and prohibited substances.
2. Network & security abuse
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or account.
- Scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorisation.
- Launch, host, or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
- Forge or misrepresent message headers, network identifiers, or source IPs.
- Run open relays, open proxies, or open recursive DNS resolvers.
- Interfere with other customers' use of the Service or with the Service itself.
3. Resource usage
You must use the Service in a way that does not adversely affect other customers or the underlying infrastructure. Sustained or unusual usage that degrades shared resources may be throttled, suspended, or migrated at our discretion. We may publish per-plan limits and may update them with reasonable notice.
4. Cryptocurrency, mining & similar workloads
Cryptocurrency mining, mining-pool nodes, and similar high-CPU/GPU brute-workload services are not permitted on shared plans. Such usage may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated wallet balance attributable to the prohibited usage.
5. Email sending
Outbound SMTP may be restricted by default. To send transactional or marketing email at volume, you must use a reputable third-party email service. Any email originating from the Service must comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including obtaining recipient consent where required and honouring opt-out requests promptly.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this AUP, email info@emailsandmore.in with details that allow us to investigate, including timestamps, IP addresses, URLs, and relevant evidence.
7. Enforcement
We investigate suspected violations and may, at our sole discretion, take any action we consider appropriate, including: issuing a warning, throttling or suspending affected servers, terminating the account, preserving and disclosing data to law enforcement, and forfeiting wallet balance associated with the violation. We are not obligated to provide refunds for service interrupted due to a violation of this AUP.
